Castlehold Baptist Church takes its responsibility to protect the welfare of children and young people very seriously. All leaders will have received appropriate training and any working in an unsupervised role will have been checked by the government’s Disclosure and Barring Service. The church will always take any disclosure, accusation, or suspicion of abuse seriously, and will report incidents directly to the IW Council’s Children’s First Response Unit.

If you are a parent and would like some advice about keeping your children safe online, we would strongly recommend a visit to www.thinkuknow.com.

View the Castlehold Childrens and Young People Safeguarding Policy Statement. (A full copy of our Safeguarding Policy and Procedures may be obtained from the church office.)

Parents of any children who regularly attend activities at the church will be expected to complete a registration form – which will be stored on-site and will need to be updated annually.

Download the registration form.
