To help us live out this vision our church is organised around five purposes: Making much of God – worship see Our Services Serving the community – service see Community Events, Children and Youth, Marriage & Family, Serving on the Island Sharing the good news – evangelism see Alpha, Overseas links, Mission UK Learning & growing together – discipleship see Message Recordings, Learning & growing together Caring for one another – fellowship see Church Family Events, Caring for one another We have different “focus groups” which focus on each purpose and the life of the whole church family is overseen by a team of servant leaders (normally comprising of our minister, youth and community worker, administrator, secretary, treasurer and deacons). We are a member of the Baptist Union of Great Britain, the Southern Counties Baptist Association and the Evangelical Alliance.
